How to Detoxify from Living in a Toxic World

LIGHTNING RELEASES — ASHEVILLE, N.C. (November 25, 2014) – We live in a toxic world. Experts worldwide estimate that between 20,000 and 70,000 man-made chemicals are now used in industry and consumer goods. Alarmingly, little is known about the toxicity of 75 percent of them.

Dr. Frank King, an expert in natural health and detoxification, says that concerns him. “Many of these chemicals accumulate in the body and have a negative effect on our health. Babies are now born with hundreds of toxic chemicals in them,[1] many neurotoxic.[2] If we think that ‘some agency’ is testing all these chemicals to protect us, and that the chemicals ‘must be safe,’ or they wouldn’t be allowed on the market,” King says, “we’d be wrong. Let’s avoid being dead wrong.”

Only after a chemical is suspected of causing harm is it tested by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

King says, “The Earth has become a chemical soup experiment. We must detoxify in order to protect our health.”

King Bio (www.kingbio.com), the homeopathic manufacturing company King founded in 1989, produces hundreds of natural medicines without negative side effects, including those that address symptoms of toxicity from heavy metals, chemotherapy, cigarette smoke, and EMFs.

In addition, King says there are many free and low-cost strategies that everyone can employ for detoxification.

Dr. King’s Detox Strategies:

  1. Read labels. Stop putting toxins into and on your body. Check your household cleaning and body care products, make-up, medicine and food.

  2. The skin is the largest organ of the body, and perspiration effectively detoxifies many toxins, including cadmium, a toxic heavy metal prevalent in smokers and former smokers (or those exposed to smog or secondhand smoke). Rinse off after sweating to avoid reabsorption.

  3. Bouncing on a mini-trampoline, also called a rebounder, moves the body’s lymph fluids. The lymph moves waste products, and stagnation (from lack of movement) causes lymphatic buildup (like letting the garbage sit in your home too long).

  4. Increase fiber. A stagnate digestive tract allows toxins to recirculate in the bloodstream.

  5. Dehydration can lead to sluggish bowels and sluggish lymph. Pure water is your body’s best hydration beverage, since many “soft drinks” contain chemicals, and caffeine dehydrates.

  6. Consider homeopathy. Homeopathic remedies for detoxification may help.

“We take in toxins daily,” King says. “We need to detox daily, too.”
