New York Based Barlavi Reality, LLC Opens Second Location In Los Angeles

“We are expecting about a 5% increase in home sales in Los Angeles in 2015. With developers hedging this recovery there has been a big boom in new house development, large condominium development, as well as the house flippers coming back into the LA market full force.” Said Youssefyeh

Barlavi Realty LLC also sees Los Angeles’ luxury real estate market going nowhere but, up.

“There are a number of homes hitting the market with prices above the $5 Million price tag (considered as the top 1%) and a half a dozen mega mansions hitting the market above $25 million, with a record number of homes in the $10 Million range. This year we expect to see even high prices in these neighborhoods with some extraordinary homes under construction hitting the market soon. ” Said Youssefyeh
