Surrey Crime forces Peter Mckay Parole Reforms, advice from Justcie John Major-Mayoral Bajwa

LIGHTNING RELEASES – September 24, 2014 Surrey BC. Sahiba Singh. Federal Justice Minister Peter Mckay today made a statement ” Parole reforms are on the way”, due to Raymond Caissie release and the murder of Surrey Teen Serena Vermeersch. Former Mayor Doug MCcallum, has been recently reported in the news as a “Muzzling Mayor of RCMP”, who has mayor gave verbal instructions to Media and RCMP Officers, about not reporting and highlighting Crime in Surrey in 1998 thru 2003.

Mayor Dianne Watts, could not do anything except object to the release of Raymond Caissie in Surrey, by the Parole Board, with a report stating “Raymond could Re-Offend and commit crimes”.


Mayor Vikram Bajwa has requested Former Justice of Supreme Court of Canada, Justice John Major, to prepare a report on rise in crime, which could be used as a tool, to curb crime in Surrey and other Cities of Canada. Justice John Major had chaired the Air India Kanishka Commission and had travelled to India, with Bajwa. ” Justice John Major is the right man to advise us at this point , including the Premier of British Columbia and federal Justice Minister Peter Mckay in Ottawa and our country Canada”, said Bajwa. We should institute a “Commission Advisory for Parole Board”, of retired Judges of British Columbia and Supreme court of Canada, said June Gill, of “Take Back of Surrey”, a protest planned here in Surrey, this weekend.
